Reception staff go the ‘extra mile’
I’ve dealt with Carters for many years, including buying cars and having them serviced and repaired. I now have a few health issues and the reception staff go the extra mile to make things as easy as
possible. Anything from arranging for my vehicle to be collected, reminding me when my service and M.O.T are due and helping choose the best level of service for me and my vehicle. Nothing is too much trouble. I always feel comfortable and at ease with all the staff.
It is very pleasing to have friendly people dealing with you rather that the usual ‘corporate’, experience you get from large dealerships.
Carters have maintained their family friendly personal touch, while always keeping professional.
Carters of Chapeltown Saved My Van!
Back in March I bought a 30 year old camper van to go on holiday with friends in the summer. Within a week she had broken down and my dream of having a summer adventure seemed to be over. I took my van to Carters of Chapeltown and with a warm welcome they took a look at her and explained what had happened. I received a phone call a few days later and she was working better that I could have ever imagined! I had the best summer of my life touring the south of England and North of France and she is still going great! Thanks once gain!
